Card View™ – Hit List Triage

Nov 28, 2014

In this example, Card View™ is applied to analyse the results from a kinase project in which a large screening campaign has resulted in a hit list. The project team wish to evaluate the list to identify the chemotypes within and focus their resources on a small number of series that have demonstrable SAR at the target and are most likely to yield high quality leads with appropriate physicochemical and ADME properties.

To try this example yourself, download the example project file and follow the step-by-step guidelines in this PDF.

Please note that the tutorial explores core features of StarDrop and the ADME QSAR module. If you don’t have access to this module and would like to arrange a free trial license, please email us at info@optibrium.com

Please note that this video was recorded with an earlier version of StarDrop, so there may be small differences in appearance, however the process demonstrated is unchanged.
