You can see where the source file is located by changing your refresh option to not happen silently. To do this, open Preferences from the File menu. Uncheck the Refresh silently option, as shown below.
Then when you refresh, you should see a dialog pop-up asking you which file you would like to refresh from, and it shows the original source file location.
