If you have a floating license, as it might be that be that the license is checked out for use by someone at your organisation. Visit how to use the floating license for full details.

The Select Floating Licenses button from the Manage Licenses dialog enables you to select any StarDrop module(s) that is included in your floating license. To release a license that you no longer need, you do not need to close StarDrop; simply unselect the license and click OK.

By clicking the Select Default License Key button, you can choose a floating license to automatically use when StarDrop starts. If you prefer, you can also choose to work with no default license.

If the maximum number of concurrent users has already been reached, StarDrop will start in Viewer mode. This will enable you to view previously saved files, but all major functionality will be disabled.

If you are unable to access the license after these checks, please contact support@optibrium.com.
