Could you please perform the following steps:
- Check that the license file is readable by user ‘nobody’? You can ensure this with the command “chmod a+r sls.conf”.
- Restart the license server with the command “/etc/init.d/StarDrop_sls restart”.
- Send us the log file sls.log which, if in the default location, is in the /usr/local/StarDrop64/sls/var/log directory.
